These terms cover custom and trade enquiries and orders placed through this site.
This site is a custom and trade catalogue, not a retail shop
Nothing on this site is an offer to supply at a published price. Product pages describe and illustrate what can be supplied; the price, the quantity and the terms are agreed in a quote. Submitting an enquiry starts a conversation and creates no obligation on either side.
How an order forms
An enquiry is a request for a quote. A quote is an offer to supply at the stated price, quantity and terms, for as long as the quote says it is held. A contract forms when you accept that quote in writing and the agreed payment terms are met. Until then, neither party is bound.
Prices and quantities
Prices are quoted per order and depend on the product, the quantity, the destination and the terms. Minimum order quantities, quantity breaks and pack details are stated in the quote — see the trade terms page for how those are agreed.
Where a quoted price depends on a shipping rate or an exchange rate that moves, the quote says how long it is held.
Samples
Sample orders are quoted separately so material, fit and finish can be checked before committing to a volume run.
Lead time and delivery
Lead times in a quote are working-day estimates from the point production or dispatch begins, not guarantees. Customs inspection, port congestion and peak-season backlogs can add time, and where we can see that affecting an order we will say so. Import duty and tax at the destination are the buyer's responsibility unless the quote says otherwise.
Inspection on arrival
Check the goods on arrival. Report any shortage, damage or defect promptly with photographs, so it can be investigated while the evidence and the carrier record are still fresh. An issue raised within the window stated in the quote will be resolved by replacement, credit or refund as agreed; an issue raised much later cannot be checked against production or carriage records.
Customisation
Tell us what you want changed. Whether a specific change is possible depends on the product, and it is confirmed on the quote rather than assumed. Where a product is made to your specification, artwork, labelling or packaging, approval of the specification before production is your responsibility, and a specification once approved is what will be produced.
Our content
The text and images on this site are published to describe the products. Product photographs are supplied for the purpose of illustrating the goods and may be used by a trade buyer to resell those goods; they may not be presented as photographs of a different product.
Independent, and not affiliated
Little Clothes is an independent supplier of doll clothing and miniature accessories, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any doll or character brand.
Brand names are used only to describe what a product fits, in the same way a phone case is described by the phone it fits.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match the agreed specification. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of anticipated sales or other indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your quote, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence or business.
Changes
These terms may change; the date below changes with them. The terms that apply to an order are the ones stated in, or attached to, its quote.
