Trade terms
How a wholesale order is agreed. Every term below is fixed in the quote rather than on this page, because the right answer depends on the product, the quantity and the destination.
| Minimum order quantity | Confirmed on your quote — it depends on the product, on the quantity and on whether the run is a reference style or a developed design. |

| Lead time | Confirmed on your quote. Reference styles and newly developed designs have different lead times, and sampling sits in front of both. |
| Samples | Sample orders are quoted separately so material, fit and finish can be checked before committing to a volume run. |
| Pack and carton details | Confirmed per product — pack size, carton quantity and carton weight are given on the quote. |
| Shipping | Quoted to the destination address or named port. Give the destination and whether the faster or the cheaper service is preferred; both are quoted where both exist. |
| Trade terms | Quoted per order. Give the destination port or address and we will quote on terms that suit it. |
| Payment | Confirmed on your quote, before anything is produced or dispatched. |
| Customisation | Tell us what you want changed. Whether a specific change is possible depends on the product, and it is confirmed on the quote rather than assumed. |
Why there are no published prices
This is a trade catalogue, not a shop. Buyers take different quantities on different terms, so a single public figure would be wrong for almost everyone and would anchor every negotiation to a number that was never meant for that order. Send an enquiry and the price you get is the price for your order — whether it is a reference style or a design developed for you.
Quotes and validity
A quote is an offer to supply at the stated price, for the stated quantity, on the stated terms, for as long as the quote says it holds. It is not an order, and nothing is charged or produced until you accept it in writing.
Where a price depends on a shipping rate or an exchange rate that moves, the quote says how long it is held. Ask if you need it held longer.
Inspection on arrival
Check the goods when they arrive and tell us about any shortage or defect promptly, with photographs, so it can be resolved against the carrier or the production record. The window and the process are set out in the quote and in the terms of service.
What is not published here
- Prices, and any quantity-break table — quoted per enquiry.
- Fixed minimum order quantities — they depend on the product.
- Fixed lead times — they depend on whether the product is held or made to order.
- Incoterms for a specific shipment — named in your quote.
None of that is a refusal to answer. Ask a specific question and you will get a specific answer, which is more useful than a general number.
